Jivanta guarantees that all commercial exercise equipment is free from material and workmanship defects. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser or any recipient who receives the product as a gift.

 

Fixing Defects

 

If any defects occur, Jivanta will, at their discretion, provide either a new or refurbished replacement part, or replace the entire product.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

• Keep your proof of purchase safe.
• Follow the product’s manual for correct usage, operation, and maintenance.
• Perform recommended maintenance to ensure the product functions properly.
• Report any defects to the point of purchase within 10 days of discovering them.

 

Getting Parts and Service

 

• Check the product manual for local service contact details.
• Provide your name, address, and the product serial number for the next steps.

 

Shipping & Insurance Costs

 

Jivanta will cover all transportation and insurance costs during the first year if the product or any covered part needs repair. After the first year, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance fees.

Conditions and Restrictions

 

1. Warranty periods begin 60 days after the product leaves the factory.
2. Warranty applies only to defects found within the warranty period. Claims must be made within this time frame.
3. Repaired or replaced parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
4. To claim a warranty, you must notify Jivanta or a local dealer within 30 days of discovering the defect. The defective product must be available for visual inspection, and the serial number must be presented.
5. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, improper service, or unauthorized modifications.
